At Maa Kalawati Kamakhya Aromas, customer satisfaction is our priority. We take great care in manufacturing and packaging every agarbatti order. However, if you are not completely satisfied or receive a defective product, please read our policy below.

1. Returns Accepted Only For:

Note: Due to the nature of incense products (hygiene, fragrance sensitivity, and consumable goods), we do not accept returns for change of mind or subjective preferences like “fragrance not liked.”

2. Time Limit for Return Request

  • You must contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

  • Requests received after 48 hours will not be entertained.

3. How to Request a Return

Step 1: Take clear photos or a short video showing:

  • The damaged/defective product

  • The original packaging

  • The shipping label (optional but helpful)

Step 3: Our team will respond within 1–2 business days with approval or additional instructions.

4. Return Shipping Charges

If we arrange pickup, no cost to you. If you self-ship with prior approval, we will reimburse up to ₹70 after verification.

5. Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect the returned product:

Refund initiation Within 3 business days after approval
Refund credit to your account 5–10 business days (depending on your bank/payment method)

Refund Method:

  • Prepaid orders (card/UPI/net banking): Refund to original source

  • Cash on Delivery (COD) orders: Refund via bank transfer / UPI / store credit (as chosen by customer)

6. Replacement Policy

If you prefer a replacement instead of a refund:

  • We will ship a replacement product at no extra cost.

  • Delivery time for replacement: 5–7 business days after approval.

  • Replacement is offered only for the same product (or equivalent value if same product is out of stock).

7. Partial Returns & Multiple Products

If your order contains multiple products and only one is damaged:

  • You can request a partial refund or replacement only for the damaged item(s).

  • No need to return undamaged items.

8. Non-Returnable Items

The following cannot be returned under any circumstances:

  • Products purchased during clearance / flash sales (unless damaged)

  • Free samples or promotional items

  • Products used or opened beyond reasonable inspection (e.g., burned stick)

9. Cancellation Refunds

  • Without photo/video evidence, return requests may be rejected.

  • If you return a product without our prior approval, we will not process a refund.

  • We reserve the right to reject fraudulent or repetitive return requests.
