2. Products & Pricing
– We are a manufacturer of agarbatti (incense sticks).
– Product images are for illustration purposes. Actual product may vary slightly.
– Prices are subject to change without prior notice.
– All prices are in Indian Rupees (INR) and include GST unless stated otherwise.
3. Orders & Acceptance
– Placing an order does not guarantee acceptance. We reserve the right to cancel any order due to stock unavailability, pricing errors, or suspected fraud.
– You will receive an order confirmation via email or WhatsApp.
4. Payments
We accept payments via:
– Credit / Debit Cards
– UPI (Google Pay, PhonePe, etc.)
– Net Banking
– Cash on Delivery (COD) – available only for select pincodes (subject to additional charges)
All payments are processed through secure third-party gateways. We do not store your card details.
5. Returns & Refunds
– Returns are accepted only for damaged or defective products.
– Request must be made within 48 hours of delivery with photo/video evidence.
– Refunds will be processed within 7 to 10 business days after approval.
– No refunds or exchanges for change of mind.

6. Cancellations
– You can cancel your order within 6 hours of placing it. No cancellation fee.
– After 6 hours or after dispatch, cancellations are not possible.
7. User Conduct
You agree not to misuse our website, attempt unauthorized access, or disrupt services.

We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or website. Our maximum liability is limited to the amount you paid for the order.
9. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Dhubri, Assam.
